We specialise in pre-owned two-wheel electric vehicles, including used electric mopeds, electric scooters and lightweight electric motorcycles.
Are the vehicles new or used?
Our vehicles are pre-owned. Product listings provide available information about the vehicle’s condition, mileage, specifications and key features.
Do you deliver internationally?
No. We currently provide delivery within the United Kingdom only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery normally takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch, making the typical overall timeframe around 5–10 business days.
Specialist vehicle or battery transportation may require additional time.
Which delivery carriers do you use?
Depending on the vehicle and delivery requirements, we may use DHL UK freight or pallet services, specialist UK vehicle transport providers, or another suitable professional carrier.
Do I need to pay a subscription?
No. Vehicle purchases are one-time purchases. We do not automatically charge recurring subscription or membership fees for a vehicle purchase.
Can I return a vehicle?
Customers may have statutory cancellation and return rights for qualifying online purchases. Because our vehicles are large and may contain lithium batteries, please contact us before arranging any return.
What if my vehicle arrives damaged?
Please photograph the vehicle and packaging and contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work with you and the carrier where appropriate.
What if the vehicle has a fault?
If you believe the vehicle is faulty, materially misdescribed or does not meet applicable legal requirements, contact us with your order information and details of the issue. We will assess the matter in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are normally processed within 3–5 business days after the applicable return requirements have been completed. The time for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
